1. GENERAL
The following terms and conditions are valid between you and ORG and apply to the use of and orders placed on the www.org-conceptstore.com website.
By placing an order with ORG you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Orders can only be placed by people that are 18 years-old or older.
ORG reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. Each purchase is subject to the Terms and Conditions in the version applicable at the date of submitting the order. Please inform yourself about the applying version of Terms and Conditions before submitting your order.
2. PLACING ORDER
By using the Website and/or placing an order on the Website you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. Also, ORG does not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock or are available for purchase. ORG reserves its right to stop selling a product.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with all the details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.
ORG reserves the right to cancel orders at any time due to insufficient stock, an inability to authorize a payment, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrectly priced item, or any other reason deemed appropriate by ORG. If the purchase has already been charged to the customer’s credit card, ORG will issue a refund to the account in the same amount as the incorrect price. ORG reserves the right to change any of the information found on this site and the services and products described therein at anytime and without notice.
4. ACCEPTANCE AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order. Please note that ORG does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by e-mail. If we already have received payment for such product we will refund you the amount of the purchase.
5. COLORS
ORG aims to describe the products on the website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. ORG cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
6. PRICES
The prices on the website are all in Euros (€) and include VAT. Delivery costs are not included in the prices and will be charged in addition, depending on your delivery address and on the total amount of your order. The prices and delivery costs shown on the website may vary from time to time.
For orders outside the EU, you may be charged customs and duties depending on the country the order is being shipped to. You will be responsible for payment of duties and taxes. ORG is not liable for these costs. If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
ORG always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to the acceptance of the order itself. If we have already received payment for a cancelled order, we will refund you the amount of the purchase. The refund is made using the same payment method used during the purchase.
7. PAYMENTS
ORG accepts all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Personal cheques and money orders will not be accepted.
ORG processes card payments securely via a third party payment system called Wix Payments. All transactions are processed using a secure server. ORG does not hold any customer card details and we will never pass your details on to anyone.
When selecting the PayPal option, you will be directed to the PayPal site to “Log In” and review the amount shown before clicking “Pay Now”. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the Website.
You confirm that the Paypal/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the Paypal/debit card to use it. All Paypal/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to ORG, your order will be cancelled. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as result of payment being processed in respect of your order.
For orders with shipping in Italy a receipt is issued.
During the purchase process, an invoice can be requested. For the issuance of this document it is necessary to enter an Italian billing address complete with tax data.
If the invoice is not requested during the order entry, it cannot in any case be requested at a later time.
8. DELIVERY
As shipping method, we offer GoGreen Climate Neutral Shipping by DHL. Dispatch of orders may take up to 7 business days but we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or on the part of the shipping company. If ORG fails to deliver within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
Your order will be delivered by DHL to the shipping address you have indicated.
All orders are fully traceable on the Website by logging in to My account and checking “My Orders” section.
9. RIGHT OF REVOCATION
You are entitled to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you have, or a third person designated by you (other than the carrier) has received the products. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us at info@org-conceptstore.com of your decision to revoke this contract.
You have 7 days to inform us of your wish to revoke the contract and 7 additional days to ship back the undesired item or items.
If you revoke this contract, we are obliged to return the payment we have received from you (delivery costs are not included). For such payment, we will use the same means of payment that you have used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed with you otherwise.
We will issue the payment once we have received and approved the conditions of your returned item or items. Please allow 7 days from the date of your return being processed for the refund to credit your original method of payment.
We are entitled to refuse repayment until we have recovered the products. Your are obliged to send back the products to us promptly, but in no case later than within 14 days. The time limit is complied with if you send the products before the expiration of the 14 days time limit. You have to bear the direct costs of the reconsignment of the products. Any potential loss in value of the products will have to be compensated by you only if such loss in value is attributable to your handling of the products (damages not present before purchase).
- Exchanges
Purchased products are not exchangeable, but you can place a new order with the new color or size desired. ORG will not pay the shipping costs for the new product, unless its value falls within the parameters of free shipping.
- Shipping costs for reconsigning the products
Please note that you must pay the shipping cost for returning the products in accordance with your right of withdrawal and ORG has no obligation to pay such costs.
- Returning the products
You can easily and conveniently handle the reconsignment of your purchased products as shown in Return section (www.org-conceptstore.com/shipping-and-returns).
10. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately at info@org-conceptstore.com. If ORG considers the products to be defective, ORG will make a full refund including shipping costs.
11. COPYRIGHT
ORG contents (logo, photos, design, texts) are protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, alteration, transmission, publication or redistribution to third parties, for commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited if without the express written consent provided by ORG.

13. RESALE POLICY
You may purchase products for personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order on www.org-conceptstore.com, you certify that you are purchasing products for your own personal use and not for resale and that you accept the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason.
14. INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE
ORG strives to ensure that descriptions, measurements, colors and prices are correct.
However, ORG cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. ORG may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Part of the services provided through the site are provided by third party operators. In situations where ORG relies on such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. ORG cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the site or, for that matter, not being able to use the site. ORG cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site.

The Website contains links to other websites beyond our reach. We assume no liability for content or privacy practices of such sites.
16. VIOLATION OF RULES
ORG reserves the right to seek all solutions available to us against violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site.

ORG reserves the right to make corrections and changes to the site whenever it deems it necessary without giving prior notice.
ORG does not offer any guarantee on the compliance of the information published on its website with the laws foreseen by the jurisdiction of the customer's country of residence.
ORG declines all responsibility for any problems, damages or risks that the user may encounter while using the site.

ORG declines all responsibility for any malfunctions related to the deactivation of cookies in the user's browser.
