SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide using DHL GoGreen Climate Neutral service.
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days.
Delivery times are estimates only and start from the date of shipping rather than the date of the order.
When we dispatch your order, you will receive an email confirmation including the tracking number.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

Please note that some remote areas of Europe are not included in European shipping costs. For these Countries the "Rest of the World" fee will be applied at checkout.
FOR UK CUSTOMERS
Due to Brexit, we can only accept orders over 135£. If you use a discount code, the total amount - discount included - needs to be over 135£ in order to be approved for shipping.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
GENERAL CONDITIONS
We do not offer free returns.
Items must be returned at your expense within 14 days from the date you received your order to get a full refund.
All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached and packaging intact to be eligible for return.
Beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
ORG is not responsible for any return shipping costs or customs and duties reimbursement.
ORG reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, it must be shipped within 14 days of receipt for full refund.
All orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense.
Within 7 days of receiving your order, contact info@org-conceptstore.com where we will issue you with a return number and return address.
Ship the parcel within other 7 days of receiving your return number.
Prepare your box, close it safely, affix the address given to you in the email and ship it with a method of your choice (courier or postal service). We suggest using a trackable shipping service as we do not take any responsibility on unreceived packages.
Once we receive and inspect your parcel, we will send an email to notify you on the approval or rejection of your return.
If it's accepted, we will issue a refund as soon as possible. Please allow 7 days from the date of your return being processed for the refund to credit your original method of payment.
EXCHANGE
ORG is currently unable to accommodate exchange requests. Simply place a new order for the new size required and send the unsuitable item back for a refund.
